FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS:
All Florescer floral arrangements arrive with minimal water to reduce spills during delivery. Once your arrangement arrives, please fill with room temperature water.
To enjoy your arrangement longer, change water daily and minimally cut bottom of stems at an angle.
We guarantee our arrangements to last 3 days. If your arrangement expires within 24 hours please call (212) 542-3126 to notify us and Florescer will happily provide a complimentary arrangement.
ORCHID PLANTS:
Place 2-3 large ice cubes a the base of your orchid plant once a week. This prevents the plant from overwatering. Place in a bright room away from direct sunlight.
When all orchid blooms have reached their peak and fallen, cut down to the plant’s stem and continue watering with 2-3 large ice cubes once a week.
We guarantee our orchid plants to last at least 3 weeks. If your plant expires within 24 hours please call 212.542.3126 to notify us and Florescer will happily provide a complimentary plant.
OTHER ITEMS:
If your order does not include fresh flowers, you are responsible for the cost of shipping a returned product and must ensure that the product is carefully packaged to avoid any damage in transit.
Florescer will process your return promptly upon receipt of the returned product. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment, minus 25% restocking fee. Please note that it may take one or two billing periods before refunds appear on your billing statement.
