FABIANA SCOTT
Owner & Executive Director
A passionate, adventurous, and driven person- whose life is defined by the mantra “show me the challenge and I will take the risks”- Fabiana O. Scott has been gracing the events industry for 15 years. The Curitiba, Brazil native has worked with elite event designers and traveled around the world for wide-ranging events, developing her deep fondness of flowers.
Over the course of her career, Fabiana has mastered her craft in all aspects of production and event planning, interior designing, as well as leadership and staff development. Moreover, she has accomplished a distinctive twist in her career by taking on diversified roles including freelance event designer, event manager, production manager, and florist for numerous event designers and production companies. These roles have introduced her to different personalities, creative ideas, and global concepts that have significantly molded the person she has become today.
Fabiana moved to New York at 18 and earned her associate’s degree in Business Administration at Borough of Manhattan Community College. Afterwards, she took further education at Baruch College for her specific degree in Entrepreneur and Business. Along with her education, she completed various professional developments, such as the International Scholar Laureate Program, Dale Carnegie’ Leadership Training and Vistage Leadership Program for Managers.
Apart from her wide-ranging experience, she is recognized for her exceptional customer service, as evidenced by her determination that her clients receive the highest level of professional service at all times. Known as a fair and effective leader, Fabiana has displayed a strong work ethic in treating her employees with respect while helping them maximize their potentials. In turn, as her passion for life shines through in everything she does, she has successfully established her own business- Florescer NY, and progressively making her name as a well-versed floral and event designer.
While freedom and independence are key words for her, Fabiana is known as a supportive, reliable, loving, and energetic woman who finds joy through small things in life: travel, good company, and laughter, while also exemplifying her belief in the value of friendship by always being there for the people she loves.
